About Us

About Us

Mohammad Waseem was born in the city of Miraj. In his childhood, Md. Waseem used to go to his Grandfather (Maternal) Late. Mhammulal Husensahab Sitarmaker's workshop. The fact about Mhammulal is that he did Jawari for 30 years even though he was blind.
We specialize in design innovation and quality and use seasoned wood only. Rather than contracting everything like most shops, all our work is done in shop with a dedicated group of craftsmen.
Generally it takes several months to complete an instrument and we offer several types of finishes using high quality celluloid and modern design techniques. Our specialty is sitars in Ravi Shankar and Vilayat Khan style as well as tanpuras and other common instruments.
Work is never rushed and we strive to provide the best service possible from start to finish including shipping.
